A court terme : création d’une rubrique sur le site de la SMED dédiée aux résidents (publications, des CAT, des capsules …)
A moyen terme: Manifestations scientifiques et formations pratiques : implication des jeunes dans l’organisation des hands on , des ateliers organisés par la SMED et aussi participer de façon active dans l’organisation du prochain congrès de 2024
A long terme : – Consacrer une session complète présentée par les jeunes pour les jeunes au cours des prochains congrès de la SMED. – Préparer ces jeunes médecins pour devenir des pépinières SMED et de futures leaders. – Organiser des échanges inter CHU et inter secteurs sur le plan national et aussi international – Créer des compétitions. – Proposer des bourses et des prix.
